Welcome to futureaddictions.com (the "Site"), operated by Future Addictions LLC ("we," "us," or "Company"), a Washington State limited liability company. By accessing or using the Site, purchasing any product, or enrolling in any program (including the Present Over Pixels protocol and the free 5-Day Challenge), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site or purchase any product. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18.
2. Account & Access
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@futureaddictions.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. What We Offer
We provide digital educational content related to screen time awareness and intentional living for parents. This includes the free 5-Day Rescue Challenge, the paid Present Over Pixels protocol, downloadable workbooks, a community group, and related materials. All content is for informational and educational purposes only.

Future Addictions LLC and the Present Over Pixels program are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Presence Over Pixels, LLC or any of its programs, trademarks, or services. "Present Over Pixels" is a product of Future Addictions LLC. Any similarity in name is coincidental. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Important: Our content is educational, not medical, psychological, therapeutic, or professional advice. We are not licensed therapists, counselors, or healthcare providers. Payments are processed through Stripe, PayPal, and/or WooCommerce. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate payment information. All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; changes will not affect existing purchases.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on paid products. After 14 days, all sales are final. This is not a results-based or performance-based guarantee. See our full Refund Policy for details, conditions, and digital product acknowledgment.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, workbooks, lesson materials, the Activity Lattice, course structure, and software — is owned by Future Addictions LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use as part of your enrollment.
9. User Content & Community
If you post content in our community group or submit information through our forms, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that content for operating and improving our services. You retain ownership of your content. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or that violates any third party's rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our Community Guidelines.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute paid content or login credentials
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Site's security or functionality
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Site without permission
- Impersonate any person or entity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Addictions LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Future Addictions LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washington State. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access paid content ends, subject to applicable refund rights.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
