14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to feel confident about your purchase. If the Present Over Pixels protocol is not the right fit, we offer a straightforward 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid products.

Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date. The refund period begins on the date your payment is processed — not the date you first access the materials.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to support@futureaddictions.com with the following:

Your full name
The email address used at checkout
Your order number (if available)

You do not need to provide a reason, though feedback is always welcome and helps us improve.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (Stripe or PayPal). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

After Your Refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to all paid course materials — including lessons, workbooks, and any associated resources — will be revoked. Access to any free materials (such as the 5-Day Challenge) is not affected.

After 14 Days

After the 14-day refund window has closed, all sales are final. No partial refunds, credits, or exceptions will be issued beyond this period.

Digital Product Acknowledgment

Present Over Pixels is a digital educational product. Access to course materials is granted immediately upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital content — which can be accessed, downloaded, and used instantly — the 14-day window is the sole period during which refunds are available. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge this policy.

Refund Abuse

We process all legitimate refund requests promptly and fairly. However, we reserve the right to decline refund requests that reflect a pattern of abuse — such as repeated purchases and refunds of the same or similar products, or evidence that course materials were substantially consumed before requesting a refund. This provision exists to protect the integrity of the program for all members.

Disputes and Chargebacks

If you are unhappy with your purchase or experience a billing issue, please contact us at support@futureaddictions.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and promptly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in loss of access to all Future Addictions products and services. Chargebacks also incur processing fees from payment providers, which may be passed on in accordance with applicable law.

No Guarantee of Results

This refund policy is based solely on the 14-day purchase window described above. It is not a results guarantee, performance guarantee, or outcome-based promise of any kind. Present Over Pixels is an educational program designed to provide tools and information. Individual experiences vary based on personal effort, circumstances, and consistency. We do not guarantee specific outcomes and this refund policy is not contingent on achieving any particular result.

Free Products

The free 5-Day Rescue Challenge involves no payment and is not subject to this refund policy.
