Future Addictions LLC ("we," "us," or "Company") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights. This policy applies to futureaddictions.com and all related services.

  • Community posts: content you share in our Facebook group

7. Washington State Residents

Under Washington's My Health My Data Act, if we collect any consumer health data, we will obtain your consent before doing so and will not sell such data. Our program collects self-reported screen time data and personal reflections which may qualify as consumer health data under Washington law. You have the right to access, delete, and withdraw consent for the collection of such data. To exercise these rights, email us at support@futureaddictions.com.

8. California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. See our Do Not Sell/Share My Info page for details. We do not sell personal information. The Meta Pixel on our site may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under CCPA. You may opt out via our Cookie Settings page.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
