Our Position

We do not sell your personal information. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to do so.

"Sharing" for Advertising

Under California law, the use of certain tracking technologies (like the Meta/Facebook Pixel) for targeted advertising may be considered "sharing" of personal information. If you are a California resident and wish to opt out of this sharing, you can:

Right to know what personal information we collect and how it's used

Washington State

Under the My Health My Data Act: right to access, delete, and withdraw consent for consumer health data
We collect self-reported screen time and personal reflection data which may qualify as consumer health data
We will not sell consumer health data

Other States

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Oregon, Texas, Montana, and other states with consumer privacy laws may have similar rights. We honor all verifiable consumer requests regardless of your state of residence.

How to Submit a Request

Email support@futureaddictions.com with the subject "Privacy Rights Request." Include your name and the email address associated with your account. We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days (45 days if an extension is needed, with notice).

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require verification of the agent's authority.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. You will not receive different pricing, a different quality of service, or be denied service for making a privacy request.
